Our History

Change Group Limited is the product of its own business transformation. Founded by her partner in 2011 as an independent real estate brokerage, President Katharine Cornfield joined the company in 2012 and took over as owner and managing director in 2017. Since then, the company has shifted decisively from real estate sales to management consulting and advisory services.
